This audit is designed to support women at any stage of the menopause transition. Your personalized assessment will focus on where you are right now, so you’ll get tailored insights and recommendations that meet your unique needs, whether you’re just noticing changes or have been postmenopausal for years.

You’ll have two 30-minute coaching sessions with me. In between, you’ll track your meals and symptoms for 5 days using simple tools I provide. Then, I’ll review everything and share your personalized audit report and recommendations.

Yes! Many women who eat “healthy” still discover surprising gaps, imbalances, or patterns in their nutrition that are affecting weight, sleep, or mood after menopause. This audit helps uncover blind spots and fine-tune your nutrition to meet your current needs.

I currently conduct all my sessions online via Zoom or Healthie.

Understanding we all lead busy lives, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% fee
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and charged in full
