A Functional Medicine Academy Certified Coach (FMACC) is a health coach trained in the principles of Functional Medicine, meaning they look at the whole you, not just isolated symptoms.
With a deep understanding of how lifestyle, nutrition, and lab testing work together, they help uncover root causes and guide you with personalized strategies to support real, lasting wellness. In other words, they examine the whole person and make health recommendations accordingly.
An IHP level 2 blends the best of both worlds. Ancient healing traditions like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern approaches like Functional and Orthomolecular Medicine.
It’s a holistic practice built on 7 disciplines of natural healing, all working together to uncover what’s really causing your symptoms. By looking at your unique body and lifestyle, an IHP2 helps you find the right tools, at the right time, to support deep, lasting wellness.

That is a difficult question to answer. It really depends on a few factors: your current state of health, your commitment to taking personal responsibility and making changes, the lifestyle schedule you keep, and the type of results you are seeking. Your goals and results can be as big or as little as you want them to be. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way in whatever it is you want to achieve.
