Your Own Lab Results
- If you’d like me to review lab results from another source, you can book a session for $97.
- After purchase, you’ll receive an invitation to create an account on our secure client portal. Please upload your lab results there.
- To ensure I have enough time to thoroughly review your results and prepare your personalized Report of Findings, please allow at least 3 business days between uploading your labs and scheduling your appointment.
All consultations are held online unless otherwise arranged.

Most frequent questions and answers
Yes, you can split the total fee into 3 payments. For Gut Health Reset, Hormone Balance, and Energy Blueprint packages, the first payment covers the lab test. The rest is paid in two parts.
Mastering Midlife Package can also be paid in 3 installments.
Plans are fully personalized to your goals, so results will vary. Everyone’s body is different, and we’ll discuss realistic expectations together during your discovery call.
Everyone is different, but results are typically gradual and long-lasting. Progress depends on your individual body and how closely you follow your personalized plan.
No need to book a new package. If we decide more support is needed, existing clients can book 30-minute follow-up sessions at US$97 each.
Your appointment is confirmed once the invoice is paid and your completed questionnaire is received via Healthie.
Understanding we all lead busy lives, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% fee
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and charged in full
