This Strawberry Basil Spring Smoothie is the kind of bright, refreshing nourishment your midlife metabolism loves. It’s naturally sweet, creamy, and packed with sneaky veggies, yet tastes like a treat. With protein for steady energy, greens for gut support, and basil for a fresh twist, it’s the perfect morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up that leaves you feeling light, satisfied, and recharged.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3–4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Pour coconut milk into the blender.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, cauliflower, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds, basil, and vanilla.
  3. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker texture.
  5. Serve immediately.
