This Gingerbread Cookie Protein Smoothie gives you all the warm, cozy holiday flavors you crave without the sugar crash. It’s creamy, nourishing, and perfect for fueling steady midlife energy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup packed spinach leaves (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg + clove
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3–4 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
