Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 medium avocado
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- 2 high-fiber rice cakes
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots (or matchsticks)
- Pinch chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Directions:
