This Peppermint Mocha Bliss Smoothie delivers all the festive flavors you love: chocolate, coffee, and a refreshing minty kick) in a nourishing, energizing blend perfect for busy midlife mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder (or coffee granules)
  • 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 3–4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. If it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
