🌿 Midlife Wellness Tip
Prioritize protein in the morning.
As estrogen declines in postmenopause, your body becomes more insulin-sensitive and loses muscle more easily, two things that can make weight gain (especially belly fat) feel almost automatic. Starting your day with 30–40 grams of high-quality protein helps stabilize blood sugar, curb cravings, support lean muscle, and keep your metabolism humming.
