Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese, blended until smooth
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lime zest
- 2–3 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

Directions
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- In a jar, combine all ingredients except toppings and stir well.
