Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs. (500g) Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5.2 oz. (100g) blueberries
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and honey. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Place the blueberries into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Stir the blueberry puree into the yogurt mixture. For a marbled effect, gently swirl the puree rather than fully mixing.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
- Remove from the molds and enjoy.
