As a Functional Medicine Certified Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner, I founded MC Wellness Hub to empower women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond to live vibrant, healthy lives through holistic practices. My journey began with personal transformation in my 50s, facing physical and emotional challenges from loss and stress. Overcoming hardships like the loss of my husband and then my mother shortly after with no support, and choosing alternative therapies over surgery revealed the true power of holistic health.
My practice is built on principles supported by evidence-based functional approaches, and I partner with clients to identify the root causes of their health issues. By targeting these foundational factors, my goal is help you bring your body back into balance to foster lasting vitality and resilience. I see myself as a partner and guide, not competing with traditional medicine but filling in the gaps and helping individuals create practices that are tailored to their unique needs. I hold several holistic wellness certifications and I'm committed to ongoing advanced training, ensuring I remain at the cutting edge of functional medicine innovation.
Beyond my coaching practice, I am committed to advocacy and education in my local community. I work to increase awareness about the advantages of proactive health management, lab testing, and functional solutions for achieving sustainable health outcomes. Let's work together to navigate midlife with confidence and vitality!
Arrange a free initial consultation call. This will provide an opportunity for us to discuss your health goals and concerns, and to see if we are a good fit. Should you decide to move forward, we will then schedule to do a 60-minute comprehensive initial intake.
Development
Based on the comprehensive initial assessment and lab test results, we work cohesively to craft a wholly personalized and sustainable wellness plan addressing your unique needs and health goals.
& Refinement
After the plan goes into action, we'll arrange a follow-up appointment to discuss your progress, how you're adapting to the plan, and make any necessary tweaks to ensure it's fostering your continual growth towards better health.
Functional Medicine is a philosophy of health care that emphasizes taking personal responsibility for one’s health and building a cooperative relationship between client and practitioner. It emphasizes evaluating the whole individual, including all the factors that influence their state of health (emotional, physical, nutritional, environmental, genetic, and spiritual). By finding the root cause of imbalance in the body, the client and practitioner can work together to correct those imbalances to promote health and well-being to their fullest. If we understand what caused it, we can begin to address it.
A Functional Medicine Academy Certified Coach (FMACC) is a health coach trained in the principles of functional medicine, specializing in holistic health and wellness coaching utilizing advanced lab tests. This certification equips coaches with the skills to support clients in identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues through personalized lifestyle and nutrition strategies. In other words, they examine the whole person and make health recommendations accordingly.
An IHP© practice is based on ‘7 Integrated disciplines’ of natural healing, combining elements of ancient Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine with Naturopathy, Eastern philosophy, Bioregulatory Medicine (the science of self-healing), and modern state-of-the-art Functional and Orthomolecular medicine. Using these modalities we can determine the underlying, root cause of external symptoms and address lifestyle issues that set the stage for chronic illness to develop and decide which healing modalities to use at what time and with which people.
The great Dr. Edward Bach once said, "On a more general level, nutritional deficiency and body toxicity have been linked to all kinds of health imbalances: cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, low IQ, poor immune function, bowel disorders, depression, birth defects, asthma, allergies, violence, and on and on. Proper nutrition can prevent, improve, or eliminate almost any condition."
That is a difficult question to answer. It really depends on a few factors: your current state of health, your commitment to taking personal responsibility and making changes, the lifestyle schedule you keep, and the type of results you are seeking. Your goals and results can be as big or as little as you want them to be. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way in whatever it is you want to achieve.
I currently conduct all my sessions virtually after the initial consultation where we determine if I'm a good fit to support your health goals.
No, but most people find the personal relationship that develops with a Holistic Practitioner as well as experiencing markedly improved health to be extremely rewarding.

Over-the-counter supplements often lack quality control and testing. They frequently contain synthetic forms of nutrients, like vitamins, which are less readily absorbed by the body. Consequently, you may spend money on ineffective supplements. We strive to offer discounts on premium supplements to clients enrolled in our long-term programs.
