How do I do the test?

What can I expect to learn from my 3X4 Blueprint Report?

Is my genetic data secure?
3×4 Genetics takes your data security very seriously and takes stringent measures within every part of their company to ensure your information is kept safe and private. You can read more about it here: How 3X4 Protects Genetic Data. When they gather your genetic data to be able to provide your results, they store it in a de-identified manner in their systems. They have two separate databases: one that stores your genetic results and another that stores your personal information. These databases are extremely secure but even if one were to be accessed, your personal data could not be linked to your genetics, or vice versa. Your physical sample only stays at the lab for 90 days post-analysis in case they need to do any further processing for you, but it’s destroyed after that as well.

Can I get a refund?
We will be ordering your 3×4 test kit shortly after you purchase so we can get your results back quickly, therefore we are unable to provide refunds after the test kit is ordered.
