Cottage Cheese Dark Chocolate Protein Bites

These no-bake protein bites are creamy, chocolatey, and naturally blood-sugar-friendly. They’re perfect for a midlife snack that keeps you energized without the crash.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese (2%)
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine Wet Ingredients:
    Mix cottage cheese, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients:
    Stir in almond flour, oat flour, and salt.
  3. Fold in Chocolate Chips:
    Mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Form Bites:
    Roll into small balls using your hands.
  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
