For the Steak Bites:
- 8 oz sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Cauliflower Mash:
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Garnish:
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned. - Add Flavor:
Stir in minced garlic and lemon juice; toss for 30 seconds until fragrant. - Serve:
Spoon steak bites over the cauliflower mash and garnish with parsley.
