With crisp vegetables, tender chicken, and a refreshing herb–Greek yogurt dressing, it delivers steady energy without weighing you down, making it ideal for midlife women who want balanced meals that support metabolism and hormone health.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz store-bought rotisserie chicken, shredded (skin removed)
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/8 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed spring greens

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (basil, chives, dill — mixed)
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tsp water to thin

Directions
