- 6–8 butter lettuce leaves (or iceberg cups)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Spicy Green Goddess Sauce
- 1/4 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tbsp water to thin
Directions
- Make the Sauce: Blend all Spicy Green Goddess sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust thickness with water as needed. Set aside.
