Ingredients

Chicken & Wraps

  • 10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 6–8 butter lettuce leaves (or iceberg cups)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Spicy Green Goddess Sauce

  • 1/4 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp water to thin

Directions

  1. Make the Sauce: Blend all Spicy Green Goddess sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust thickness with water as needed. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a plate. Divide cooked chicken among them.
  4. Add Toppings: Layer on cucumber, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
  5. Finish: Drizzle generously with the spicy green goddess sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
